Whether you need a single phone line for your new office, or you have multiple ISDN lines you want to transfer we can help.
All the lines we provide are installed and maintained by BT Openreach, so they are the same physical lines you are used to.
All our charges are very straight forward, with no call connection charges, or complicated inclusive deals, just transparent, good value, telephone services.
Our business phone lines come with a very short 3 month minimum term as we don’t believe in trapping you into long term contracts.
Our standard line rental for a business line is £13 + VAT per month.
All calls you make are billed per second, so you only pay for the time you are actually on the phone, not to the nearest minute.
You can find a full list of our call charges here, but an example of our call charges are:
UK Landlines (01,02) – 0.97p + VAT per minute all the time with no connection charge. BT Retail’s current cost is 10.95p per minute during the day, plus a 13.1p setup charge.
If you have a current phone bill, we will happily do a comparison for you to show you how much you can save.
£105 + VAT
If there is a stopped line in the premises we can discount that to £30 + VAT.
The installation process is easy, simply give us a call on 01925 398 666 and we will be happy to help.
£7 + VAT
If you already have a line that you would like to transfer to us, there is a small charge of £7 + VAT.
Transferring a line takes 10 days. All we need is the phone number & post code and we will do the rest.

Openreach offer 2 levels of care you can choose on your business line.
Care Level 2 – This is this standard level of care included with business line rental.
Openreach will respond to a fault on a line within 4 working hours of it being reported (Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-12:000).
If the issue is not resolved within 4 hours, you will be updated with the progress.
Care Level 3 – This is an upgraded level of care which includes a 24/7 service including bank holidays.
Openreach will respond to a fault on a line within 4 hours of it being reported. If the fault is not cleared within 4 hours you will be updated with the progress.
The cost of this upgrade is £4.00 + VAT per month.

Caller Display – View the callers number – £1.20 + VAT per month
1571 Voicemail – Have a hosted voicemail solution – £1.20 + VAT per month
Call Diversion – Ability to divert your calls to another number – £1.80 + VAT per month
Smart Divert – Ability to divert your calls remotely – £3.00 + VAT per month (£8.00 setup charge)
