Some of the services we provide include: If you have a problem, which can not be fixed immediately remotely we can be onsite the same day to rectify the problem. As well as providing support when you need it we constantly monitor your servers "vitals" to ensure it is fully functional, this allows us to respond to a problem before you even know it exists. If we can not resolve the problem remotely, for example a server goes down over the weekend we can be at your door as soon as you arrive on Monday saving you hours of response time. Wherever practical you will have a dedicated engineer, someone that knows your network inside out. So if something happens, they will be able to walk you through a solution with great details and usually diagnose a problem much quicker. We are not a large company with call centre, you can have our mobile numbers and call us whenever you need; while also having a maned desk to call.
