As well as providing support when you need it we constantly monitor your servers "vitals" to ensure it is fully functional, this allows us to respond to a problem before you even know it exists. If we can not resolve the problem remotely, for example a server goes down over the weekend we can be at your door as soon as you arrive on Monday saving you hours of response time. Wherever practical you will have a dedicated engineer, someone that knows your network inside out. So if something happens, they will be able to walk you through a solution with great details and usually diagnose a problem much quicker. We are not a large company with call centre, you can have our mobile numbers and call us whenever you need; while also having a maned desk to call.
